How the SPV works

Collective Acquisition. Individual Ownership.

LandVesta Coalition brings investors together under a professionally managed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to acquire strategic land at scale. Every Share Unit represents one acre in the collective acquisition, with each investor's ownership recorded according to their subscribed units.

Following the acquisition and allocation process, shareholders receive their allocated acreage together with the applicable documentation, providing the flexibility to hold, develop, transfer, or independently register their land.
